Ms. Graham, First Senior Vice President and Strategy Management Executive, is responsible for overseeing strategic planning and execution across the enterprise, with a focus on driving business growth, operational efficiency, and enhancing client and employee experiences. In addition to leading key strategic initiatives, she oversees Treasury Management and Branch Operations and manages marketing initiatives. With over 20 years of combined banking and legal experience, Ms. Graham leverages her legal background to provide critical insight into key business decisions. She began her career as a bank regulator, gaining a deep understanding of financial institutions and risk management. She later transitioned into private practice before joining 1st Century as General Counsel.
Ms. Graham holds a law degree from Boston College Law School. She is actively involved in the community and serves on the board of the local education foundation.
