Delane Willis-Ysaguirre

Delane is a Vice President, Relationship Manager at 1st Century Bank in the Century City office. She has more than 35 years of banking experience with clients from various professional industries, including property management, HOA, family offices, legal and healthcare. Prior to joining the bank, she served as Managing Director, District Manager with First Republic where she had a 28-year career.

Delane is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions to clients. She is known for her exceptional service and attention to detail and is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in business management from Union Institute and University. Outside of work, Delane enjoys volunteering in foreign and domestic missions through her local church, spending time with family and traveling.
