Chris Hoshek

Mr. Hoshek is Senior Vice President and Director of the Commercial Real Estate Group of 1st Century Bank. Mr. Hoshek has over 10 years of structured real estate lending experience. Chris focuses on commercial real estate loans for property types including multifamily, retail, office, industrial and construction. The Group caters to custom credit structures, including secured and unsecured lines of credit, bridge and permanent financing. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Hoshek was responsible for sourcing, pricing, structuring and underwriting equity and debt investments for Legg Mason Real Estate Investors, Inc. Mr. Hoshek received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California, holds a real estate license from the California Department of Real Estate, is involved in Five Acres School Children and is a founding member of the Nine Tenths Group, a nonprofit organization focused on educating young professionals through meaningful exchange with community and peer leaders.
