Jason Shidler
Jason is a Senior Vice President, Senior Managing Director who has been with 1st Century Bank since 2023. With over 30 years of experience in financial and banking services, he and his team focus on relationship management, credit origination and investment management services for privately held companies, nonprofits, commercial and residential real estate, primarily in the bank’s California markets. Shidler has strong ties to the San Diego community, dedicating his time to several organizations, most recently as a trustee for the San Diego Natural History Museum.
Jason studied finance at San Diego State University. Prior to joining 1st Century, Jason spent 20 years with First Republic Bank and 10 years at Wells Fargo.
