Daniel Mead

Daniel is a Vice President, Managing Director at 1st Century Bank, bringing over 15 years of banking experience, with a focus on serving business owners and high-net-worth individuals. His clients are participants in a variety of industries, including professional services, nonprofits and commercial real estate. He is committed to providing white-glove service and tailored financial solutions to address his clients’ comprehensive needs.

Prior to joining the bank, Daniel served as an Executive Director with J.P. Morgan for two years, following eight years as a Relationship Manager with First Republic. Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration with a finance concentration from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, where he also ran collegiate track. He currently serves as an Alumni Board Member for the PLNU Fermanian School of Business.

Daniel resides with his wife and two daughters in San Diego, and is actively involved in his daughters' school, serving in a parent leadership role. He and his family enjoy the outdoors, golfing, traveling, and playing and watching sports.
