New Standard Equities

I started New Standard Equities in 2010 as a property investment business. We buy apartments, improve quality and rent potential, and ultimately sell them. I have around 50 employees, and we oversee the entire process from property and asset management to construction, over a three-to-five-year period. My relationship with 1st Century has grown as my business has expanded.

I followed my Relationship Manager, Lyndsey Hudgins, to 1st Century Bank from another bank. Since our first meeting over 10 years ago, she has always taken the time to understand my vision and help navigate and facilitate a successful banking and credit process. I was immediately impressed with 1st Century. When I first came on board, the president, Jason DiNapoli, made the time to visit my office. It was evident that 1st Century cares about its clients and strives to know them. That visit helped solidify that 1st Century was the right bank for me. I need to bank with people who genuinely care about me and want to build a true relationship. I have confidence in 1st Century and my private banking team.
