Mr. Rothenberg retired in 2000 as a partner in the Los Angeles law office of Latham & Watkins, LLP and is now a mediator, arbitrator, and consultant to major corporations. Prior to joining Latham & Watkins in 1990, Mr. Rothenberg was Founder and Managing Partner of the prominent Los Angeles- based law firm Manatt, Phelps, Rothenberg and Phillips. He has been an instructor at the University of Southern California School of Law and has served as CEO, president, general counsel, or on the Board of Governors of numerous organizations, including the State Bar of California, the United States Soccer Federation and World Cup Organizing Committee, the National Basketball Association, and the Music Center of Los Angeles, among many other organizations.
