Barry D. Pressman, M.D., is Chair of the Department of Imaging and Chief, Section of Neuroradiology and Head and Neck Radiology, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and is the immediate past president of the American College of Radiology. Dr. Pressman is on the Voluntary Clinical Faculty at the Department of Radiology at the University of California, Irvine. He is an examiner for and board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology, with an Added Qualifications certificate in Neuroradiology. He serves on the Advisory Board for Kodak PACs. Dr. Pressman graduated Darthmouth College summa cum laude and obtained his Doctor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, completng his surgical internship at Peter Bent Brigham Hospital in Boston, MA, a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York, and a Neuroradiology Fellowship at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC. He is on the Board of the American College of Radiology and has served as President of the Western and California Radiological Societies. Among his other community involvements, Dr. Pressman is a Founder and member of the Fraternity of Friends for the Los Angeles Music Center.
