JASON P. DiNAPOLI

Mr. DiNapoli has over 13 years experience in banking and finance, including extensive loan analysis and financial modeling for middle market companies and high net worth individuals. Prior to joining 1st Century Bank, Mr. DiNapoli was the managing member of Foster Barnes Capital LLC, a commercial finance company. As Vice President and Team Leader at Union Bank of California’s Power and Utilities Group, he managed a team of lenders and loan portfolio of over $1.25 billion. Mr. DiNapoli is a director of a charitable foundation, a member of the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art Drawings Committee, and a former board member of the March of Dimes, Southern California Chapter.
