Dave Brooks was President and Chief Executive Officer of Mara Escrow Company of Beverly Hills, California. Mr. Brooks has been the owner of prominent escrow companies since 1958. He holds ownership in Canon Escrow, Inc., Seright Escrow and Mara Enterprises. By appointment of the Governor of California, Mr. Brooks served on the California Real Estate Advisory Commission. He is a director and past Chairman of the Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation and the Escrow Institute of California, and is a past director of the American and California Escrow Associations as well as past president of the Los Angeles Escrow Association.
